| 摘要： 新中国成立后，尼赫鲁在总体上确立了对华和平共处政策，但在中印边界地区 延续了英印政府的蚕食政策，加快了渗透和控制，中印边界纠纷由此出现。在1958 年印度公 开边界争议前，中印双方都采取了比较灵活的处理方式，中印边界地区的和平局面得以维系。 但是，这实质上是中印两国回避矛盾和冲突的结果，并不能从根本上解决边界问题。 |
