| 20 世纪 70 年代的中美石油贸易与技术合作 |

| 摘要： 1973 年第四次中东战争引发的全球性石油危机让西方国家陷入了恐慌，美国公开宣布 要使用一切办法来应对能源危机，其中一项重要举措就是把目光转向此时开始出口石油的中国。而中 国同时也需要美国的石油技术和设备。由于两国意识形态的差异、美国国内政治势力的掣肘和既有双 边关系的限制，中美双方石油贸易与技术合作开展得并不顺利。尽管如此，这种合作还是起到了改善 和提升中美关系的作用。1978 年，中美围绕石油展开的贸易和技术合作走上快车道，在某种程度上加 速了中美关系的正常化。 |
