| 摘要： 1960 年秋，鉴于国内严峻的粮食供应形势，中国着手重启并扩大同加拿大的 粮食贸易，此举得到了加拿大的响应。与此同时，作为世界市场另一主要粮食供应国的澳大 利亚，一方面试图与加拿大在对华粮食贸易上建立攻守同盟，另一方面却坚持其反共疏华姿 态。两国态度的差异，为中国于 1961 年 5 月最终争取到有利的粮食进口条件提供了便利。回 顾这段历史，对中国在新的历史时期确保粮食安全和促进改革开放事业具有借鉴意义。 |
